According to the official announcement, Realme will launch the Q2 series smartphones on October 13 this confirmation has come directly from its official Weibo handles. The poster image reveals the launch timing the launch event will start at 10 AM in China (2 AM UTC).
As per the earlier leaks and rumor, the Q2 series includes two smartphones – Q2 and Q2 Pro. We don’t have any official specifications for now but some well-known leaker has already shared the key specs. The smartphones are said to be pre-installed with Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0.
Digital Chat Station – Weibo tipster says that the Realme Q2 Pro will come with a plain leather finish while the Realme Q2 might come with a 6.5-inch Full HD+ LCD display. The display of the smartphone will come with 120Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate. As far as camera concern, the smartphone will come with a 16MP selfie camera encased in a punch-hole design, and the rear side the Realme Q2 could feature a triple-camera setup with a 48MP + 8MP + 2MP configuration.
The Realme Q2 and Realme Q2 Pro is said to powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 800U platform. Meanwhile, the device might support 65W fast charging support. This upcoming Q-Series from Realme will get a unique look as well as a grey finish at the back and lastly, the phone might pack a 5,000mAh battery.
