Google Camera (Gcam) is a camera phone application developed by Google for Android. Google Camera development began in 2011 by X, led by Marc Levoy, developing image fusion technology for Google Glass. It was initially supported on all devices running Android 4.4 KitKat and higher but is now only officially supported on Google’s Pixel devices. It was publicly released for Android 4.4+ on the Google Play Store on April 16, 2014.

Gcam MOD: Gcam is a mod that aims to bring the Google Camera app to several smartphones and ensure that all features work with them. There are several variations of Gcam. Some are meant for multiple Android devices, while others are made specifically for a single smartphone. There multiple developers working on Gcam and an active community of users using the Mod.

How to download and install Google Camera on your smartphone:

Download the APK from the above download link.
Select and Install it (Allow app installation from external sources).
Open the Google Camera (Once the icon appears in your launcher).

Compatibility and requirements:

Only works on phones with the camera2 API enabled;
Mod compatible with modern Snapdragon SoCs. Some versions also work on some old SoCs, but usually with limitations.
Most APK only support ARM64;
Recent APK may not work on older Android versions;
Requires GApps or a replacement like microG (more info);
Android only;

Returned the function off. Google Photos.

Fixed lags when launching on Mi A3.
