Samsung continues to update its existing devices to the latest One UI version. Earlier, It was the Galaxy Watch Active 2 and now it’s time for the Galaxy A30 smartphone to get it. The Galaxy A30 is now receiving the latest One UI based January 2021 security patch update.
Talking about the January 2021 patch update, it comes with firmware version A305FDDS6BTL1 for Galaxy A30 smartphone users. The device will not get Samsung One UI 3.0 with Android 11 in the update. The update started seeding via OTA (over the air) for users in the Middle East and African with a device mode (SM-A305F).

According to the changelog, this update improves the performance of the smartphone, overall device stability improves, some bug fixes, and the company adds some new enhanced features. However, Samsung is yet to release details of the January 2021 Security patch. In the coming days, the company will publish the full security bulletin.

Tap on the smartphone Settings >> Software updates >> Download and install.
