Mi 11 and Redmi Note 9 4G has started receiving the Android 11 and Android 10 based update respectively in China. MIUI 12 Stable ROM is rolling out over-the-air, and the company has also made available the ROM packages for those who cannot wait.
The latest MIUI 12 update brings optimized the noise that could be heard when the screen was turned off in some cases alongside. The Mi 11 and Redmi Note 9 4G was launched last year.
Xiaomi has taken to its forums to announce the arrival of a new update for Mi 11 and Redmi Note 9 4G users. The firmware version for the update is V12.0.17.0.RKBCNXM for Mi 11 & V12.0.11.0.QJQCNXM for Redmi Note 9 4G, and users are receiving the update progressively over-the-air (OTA). Users should check for the update manually in the Updater app.

Alternatively, Xiaomi has made available the ROM packages for the Mi 11 and Redmi Note 9 4G for all those users who want to manually download the update. The size of the package is about 5.3GB (Mi 11) and 2.7GB (Redmi Note 9 4G), and it can be downloaded from the forums. The page also offers a step-by-step guide on how to manually install the update.
