Xiaomi has started rolling out the MIUI 12 based update for the Redmi 9T in Taiwan. This is still an Android 10-based UI update and not Android 11. The smartphones were launched last year.
Talking about this update for Redmi 9T, it comes with firmware version V12.0.2.0.QJQTWXM, and weighs 2.5/3.5GB in size. The update gets the usual MIUI 12 design and animation changes along with increased system security. Xiaomi has already rolled out the MIUI 12 for the Redmi 9T in China.
