Spotify’s new rules: employees can choose to work remotely in any country

According to The Verge, Spotify has announced that it will allow employees to choose their preferred workplace. Employees can choose to work in the office or work remotely most of the time at home or in any country in the world.

According to reports, Spotify calls this program “Work From Anywhere”, calling it a new way of collaboration that allows Spotify employees to work wherever they are best at thinking and creating.

Spotify said it will implement new regulations this summer, and the frequency of employees returning to the office will be determined by employees and their managers and teams.
