Chrome 89 stable version released add NFC support to web applications

The stable version of Chrome 89 was officially released today, optimizing the support for APIs applicable to HID devices such as WebHID, WebNFC, and Web Serial. In addition, NFC and serial devices are also considered ready for production use.
