According to the latest information, Verizon has now officially rolled out January 2021 security patch update for Galaxy Note 8 smartphone users in the US. Earlier, this device got January 2021 patch update in some European countries.

Talking about the Galaxy Note 8 update lifecycle, this device is still eligible to get regular security updates every quarter. Since then two major updates has been shipped.
