Renders of the upcoming OnePlus Nord N1 revealed

OnePlus Nord devices are very popular in the United States and other parts of the world. After feeling the joy of success, OnePlus seems to have to redouble its efforts on Nord devices. According to reports, the Shenzhen-based company is developing a successor to the Nord N10 last year. If the revelations provided by the source Max Jambor are credible, the successor of the N10 will be officially named Nord N1 5G. Now, another reliable whistleblower, Steve Hemmerstoffer, provides us with some information about the specifications and overall appearance of the N10 successor.

According to Steve’s introduction, the size of the successor to the Nord N10 is 162.9×74.7×8.4mm (with the rear camera raised part 10.3mm), combined with a plastic rear panel and a polished metal frame. In terms of the display size and the positioning of the selfie camera, OnePlus Nord N1 will be similar to the previous generation product-a 6.49-inch flat screen, and a single punched selfie camera is set in the upper left corner of the display. However, the whistleblower did not give any information about the resolution of the display.

Although the design of the OnePlus Nord N1 looks very similar to the predecessor, there are some surprising differences between the two. An interesting aspect of the N1 is the positioning of the fingerprint sensor. The sensor is located on the right frame, while the OnePlus Nord N10 puts the fingerprint sensor on the back of the device. The smartphone will also include a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Unfortunately, other key details about the Nord N1 5G have not yet been announced, so we still don’t know which processor it will be based on. Nevertheless, we still expect more leaked information related to smartphones to surface as soon as possible.

In addition to the OnePlus Nord N1 5G, it is said that OnePlus is developing the OnePlus Nord SE. Its appearance will be different from the original OnePlus Nord, but in terms of hardware, the former will also be very different from the latter. Nord SE is expected to be released a few days after the release of the OnePlus 9, 9E and 9 Pro, and all three products will be launched on March 23.
