Windows 10 Mail app adds more new ads

According to the latest reports, the Mail application on Windows was a very exciting project at first, but it slowly became the kind of user that few people would use. It is not only because of the lack of features and overall stability and reliability but also because of its previous introduction of advertising and the recent addition of Office links on the web page.

In theory, users would not expect Microsoft apps to have ads, but in reality, the Redmond-based software giant is using email apps to link to some of its other products–including Outlook on mobile. In fact, adding a banner to the Outlook mobile version was one of the decisions that users did not accept. However, Microsoft ultimately chose it.

This is why the Windows 10 mail application sometimes guides users to use the Outlook mobile application even if the user has installed the Outlook mobile application on Android or iPhone.

According to HTNovo, Microsoft has now added a link to Office Web Apps and displayed it next to a banner suggesting users subscribe to Office 365. Of course, Microsoft can call these shortcuts Office Web applications, but what is the point of making the UI of the mail application more confusing without giving users the option to delete these methods?

Although Microsoft is still tight-lipped about the whole thing now, perhaps marketing will bring the answer.
