The slides are automatically divided based on the document’s chapter headings, so make sure to organize your Word document accordingly to get the best suggestions. Based on the keywords in the document, the Designer in PowerPoint will recommend images, icons, videos, themes and fonts to optimize your content. Naturally, you can also change the suggested content at any time.

Want To Use This Feature:
- Open any document you want to convert to PowerPoint in Word on the web.
- Click “File”> “Convert”> “Convert to PowerPoint Presentation”.
- According to the prompts, choose a design theme for your presentation.
- Click to open the presentation and view the conversion result in PowerPoint on the web.
- The presentation will be created in the user’s OneDrive root directory.
