Join hands with the British Warner Music Company Apple Music to usher in a special “Talk” playlist

Apple has just reached a partnership with Warner Music UK and Rothco to launch a special “speech therapy” playlist for Apple Music users this Wednesday. Apple Insider pointed out that Stylists contains selected tracks that support speech therapy.

The British Broadcasting Corporation said that this playlist is expected to cater to the tastes of young people and play a subtle role in improving people with language-sound disorders (SSD). It is reported that in order to pick out the best songs, Apple Music uses a proprietary algorithm designed by Rothco to scan the 70 million works in its own music library to find lyrics that meet the repetitive patterns commonly used in language training.

Examples include Dua Lipa’s “Don’t Start Now”, Lizzo’s “Good As Hell”, and Fatboy Slim’s “Right Here, Right Now”. MusicWeek reported that this language therapy strategy involves repetitive repetition of certain music, words, and phrases, while the Sayliists playlists can be used directly.

At present, Warner and speech therapist Anna Biavati-Smith have selected 10 of the 173 tracks, and it is expected that more tracks will be added to the list in the near future. As for when this cooperation will expand to the unexpected market area in the UK, it is currently unknown.
