A new Auto Fix feature added to PowerPoint on the web

PowerPoint on the web has recently launched a new Auto-Fix feature, which makes it easier for users to format their slides. This AI-based feature is currently available to Microsoft 365 subscribers. To try this feature, select all the elements you want to align on the slide, right-click any of them, and select “Auto Fix” from the right-click menu.

Microsoft explained: “This AI-driven feature can automatically align, uniformly adjust the size, allocate elements, and straighten the connection points between them, so that users can get a delicate slideshow with just a few clicks.

The Auto-Fix tool is designed to help users create complex PowerPoint presentations easier and faster, and it should reduce the time required to format the slides. Microsoft also detailed several limitations of this feature, which is currently not applicable to overlapping elements, and still cannot be handled in some complex visualization scenarios.
