Microsoft brings 16 Xbox/360 games to the cloud gaming service xCloud platform

Today, Microsoft brings 16 original Xbox and Xbox 360 games to the cloud gaming service xCloud platform, including “The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind”, “Banjo Bear Adventure”, “Fallout: New Vegas” and more. In addition, Microsoft also provides touch support for “Jetpac Refuelled”, “Long Live Baby” and “Long Live Baby 2: Paradise Crisis”.

These 16 games have been opened to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members and can be used live on Android phones and tablets. Microsoft said: “We have listened to feedback, all the way back to our earliest cloud game preview version. Making previous generations of games available on mobile devices is one of the most requested features of the community.”

Microsoft still plans to expand the xCloud service to the iOS platform this spring. The software manufacturer has not disclosed the specific launch time of its iOS preview version, but Microsoft has previously promised that both iOS and web browser streaming of xCloud will be launched in the spring of 2021. Game streaming will also be available in the Xbox application on Windows 10 PCs.
