[Update: T-Mobile] Samsung Galaxy S20 series getting March 2021 security update

Recently, the South Korean tech giant kicked off the March 2021 patch update for the Galaxy S20 lineup and now the users who purchased the Galaxy S20, S20+, or S20 Ultra from T-Mobile carrier got the March 2021 patch update which explained how to use the Director’s View camera feature on the Galaxy S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra models. Although these devices don’t have this Galaxy S21-exclusive camera feature, they could get it soon.

Samsung has first released the March 2021 security patch to the Galaxy Note 10 series and after that, the company has sent this update to the Galaxy Fold, Galaxy Tab S7, and the Galaxy A8 (2018). T

Recently, the Galaxy S20 series received the March 2021 security patch in the US along with the One UI 3.1 update. Now, international variants of the Galaxy S20 are receiving the latest security patch.

The Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, and the Galaxy S20 Ultra have started receiving the March 2021 security patch in various European countries, including Bulgaria, France, and Greece.

The latest software update carries firmware version G98xxXXS6DUBA. Since it is just a security patch, the download size should be quite small. This update includes March 2021 security patch as well as the bug fixes and stability improvements.

If you don’t want to wait for the update to arrive on its own, you can manually search for the update by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install.
