Apple announced the expansion of its “Developer Program” registration scope to 7 new market areas. As an alternative to official website registration, local developers including Canada, France, India, Italy, the Netherlands, Russia and Spain can now submit registration directly through the Apple Developer application.
Apple said that with the expansion of functions, applicants in the above-mentioned new market areas can also directly use the local payment method on the iPhone/iPad to complete the membership purchase and automatic renewal of the Apple Developer Program.

Earlier this month, Apple has launched an update for the developer app to welcome the upcoming WWDC 2021 global developer conference in June. Related changes include a sidebar redesigned for iPadOS, a new “Discover” tab for finding content, and full-screen video content that supports Mac.
