Windows 10 cumulative update causes stuttering, splash screen and other issues in many games

According to multiple game posts on multiple game sub-sections on the Reddit community, Microsoft’s recently released Windows 10 cumulative update has caused some serious problems. The cumulative updates that cause game issues are KB5001330 and KB5001337, which cause graphics driver errors.

That’s right, I have this situation on both RTX 3070 and R5 3600. There is a constant pause in Doom: Eternity. This game bug seems to have appeared after installing the Windows 10 cumulative update. It is usually solved by reinstalling the update multiple times, reinstalling the graphics card driver multiple times, or reinstalling the anti-virus software multiple times. Well, that’s how my day’s rest time passed. Seriously, fuck Windows 10.

Edit: Finally, it was restored after uninstalling the update completely. Every time I reinstalled it, the lag reappeared. So I guess this is just an update issue, not a driver or operating system damage.

Other problems reported by players include dropped frames, unstable sync, and splash screens. Although gamers sometimes face the risk of Windows 10 updates due to specialized drivers and custom GPUs, it seems that cumulative updates are fully affecting many configurations.
