In addition, Parallels Desktop for Chrome OS now supports webcam and microphone redirection, which means you can now use these devices in a virtual environment. This is very useful for video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Cisco Webex and GoToMeeting, especially because the web version of these applications does not support all features. In addition, USB devices are also supported in virtualized Windows machines, so you can use devices such as smart cards.
It is worth noting that Parallels Desktop for Chrome OS is a subscription service, which is only for Chrome enterprise users. In many cases, Windows applications are still essential. If you are interested, you need to pay $69.99 a year to get the ability to run Windows on Chrome OS devices.
