The Arena is a brand new mode in the ninth season of Apex Legends. It is also another brand new gameplay of the Battle Royale mode that players have experienced. The 3v3 arena mode allows players to practice how to better team battles and show other players their superior operating skills.
Although the 3V3 arena mode is still in its early stages, players have begun to propose requirements for adjusting weapons, heroes, and adding penalties for leaving the game midway. Rebirth Entertainment is also actively dealing with these needs, but compared to this, they seem to be keener to add limited-time modes (LTMs) to the arena.

The release of the limited-time mode will not only change the existing arena mode but also compress the game time and speed up the game rhythm, allowing players to play more games at the same time.
Carlos Pineda, the chief game designer of Apex Legends, published his insights on the future updates of the arena on the official Reddit page. He said: “The limited-time arena mode has been determined to be on the agenda, but its development will take a certain amount of time. And we must also weigh and compare the mode with other features.”
