The changelog does mention that the camera performance and Quick Share have been improved. The dual recording feature has been added as well.
Owners of the Galaxy Z Fold 2 can receive notification of this update. By chance you don’t receive an update notification then check the update manually by going to the device Settings >> Software updates >> Download and install.
