Survey shows that Americans get the most happiness from Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus

Although the iPhone has the largest market share in the US, according to the US Customer Satisfaction Index, American consumers seem to be dissatisfied with owning an iPhone. In fact, these people experience more happiness by using Samsung’s Galaxy smartphones.

There are 21,189 Americans, according to a survey while Samsung high-end smartphones make them happiest. Although Samsung’s Galaxy S21 series of smartphones are selling well in the US market, none of the three models belonging to this lineup were selected.

In fact, Galaxy Note 10 Plus is the pistachio for Americans, because it occupies the top of the country’s customer satisfaction index, followed by Galaxy S10 Plus. Samsung has an ACSI score of 81 points in the US Customer Satisfaction Index ranking, unchanged, ranking first among mobile phone manufacturers.

Last year’s leader, Apple, dropped 2% to 80 points, tied for second place with Lenovo, Motorola and Google. Google made its debut in the industry rankings. A group of small companies collectively ranked last, with their scores dropping by 3% to 73 points.

Among many brands, Samsung claims to be a dominant player, and its products have received the five highest model ratings. Samsung’s Galaxy Note 10+, Galaxy S10+, and Galaxy S20+ rank among the most popular smartphones in the United States, with an ACSI score of 85.

Samsung’s Galaxy S20 and Galaxy A20 followed closely with scores of 84 and 83 points, respectively. Five models received an ACSI score of 82 points. They are Samsung’s Galaxy S10 and Apple’s iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max, iPhone X and iPhone XS Max.

In short, in terms of quantity, Apple may control the US smartphone market, but Samsung Galaxy phones are closer to customers’ hearts. It’s a joke, the total number of Americans participating in the survey accounted for a very small proportion of the entire population, so we should also consider this when focusing on the results. We will wait for next year’s US customer satisfaction index to see if Samsung’s Galaxy series smartphones receive the same treatment as this year.
