Android 12 found native game mode for quick screenshot/screen recording/live broadcast

In February of this year, it was reported that Google will introduce a game mode in the Android 12 system, and many manufacturers have already provided this feature in their customized systems. Recently, users discovered a hidden game mode in the Android 12 Beta version, indicating that this feature will meet with us soon.

Reddit user Kilarasx found the game mode when he clicked Settings > Digital Wellbeing > Do Not Disturb > Schedule during use. In addition to the regular sleep and activity schedules of the Do Not Disturb feature, there is now a game mode schedule. As shown in the screenshot below.

This interface is almost the same as XDA found in the third developer preview. Click the gear icon to enter the game mode menu (picture below), showing a total of six options. The four options at the top are screenshots, screen recording, viewing frames per second, and activation/deactivation of Do Not Disturb.

All of these options and FPS switching seem to be in effect now, and the screen recording tool also lets you choose the audio you want to record (microphone, device audio, or both) and whether you want to display touch. At the same time, the two options at the bottom allow you to optimize the game you are currently playing, or broadcast your content via YouTube Live. The former does not seem to work yet, and the latter cannot be tested temporarily without an account.
