According to the latest information, CD Projekt has appointed a new game director Gabriel Amatangelo for Cyberpunk 2077. After joining CD Projekt in January 2020, Amatangelo served as the creative director of Cyberpunk 2077. In this new role, he will lead the continued development of Cyberpunk and its future expansion.
According to Gamesindustry.biz, former game director Adam Badowski will now focus on “other leadership responsibilities within the company.” This will include assistance in the transition to RED 2.0, which is CD Projekt’s multiple parallel AAA development strategies.

Amatangelo may still need to appease Sony now, after the launch of Cyberpunk 2077, Sony has not allowed it to return to the PlayStation Store.
