HarmonyOS HyperTerminal announced

Huawei’s HarmonyOS operation was officially unveiled and Huawei introduced the HyperTerminal feature of HarmonyOS. This feature allows each device to become the other’s functional modules (for example mobile phones, PCs, tablets) instead of just an independent device.

The HyperTerminal provides a wireless connection combination of mobile phones and PCs, tablets, speakers and other devices in the control center. You only need your fingers to gently slide the icons of different devices together to achieve a deep connection, which can make full use of the advantages of different devices.

For example, when you listen to music, you can connect the speakers by pulling your finger, and when you watch a video, you can use the TV to play it. Watching TV at night is afraid of causing noise to your family, and you can connect your earphones to enjoy audio and video with your finger.

Judging from the live demonstration video, the HyperTerminal drag-and-drop device pairing and connection operation is very convenient, and it is relatively more in line with the user’s intuitive use logic, providing a brand-new connection and operation method for the era of the Internet of Everything.

It is worth mentioning that Wang Chenglu also stated that in addition to the interconnection with HarmonyOS devices, the HyperTerminal can also be connected to the Windows 10 system. The storage content of the mobile phone can even be directly turned into an ordinary PC file management. Drive letter, the user can freely call the content in the mobile phone in the PC.
