According to the well-known tipster Digital Chat Station, Xiaomi’s new folding device is expected to be released in the fourth quarter of this year. The mobile phone will adopt under-screen proactive technology, and the folding scheme is inward fold. Both the internal and external screens support high refresh rates, are equipped with the Snapdragon 888 chip (code name sm8350), have a 5000mAh battery and a 108mp pixel camera.
Combined with previous revelations, the code name of this new mobile phone is J18s. Its external screen will use Visionox’s solution, which supports a 90Hz refresh rate, and the internal screen uses Samsung’s solution, which supports a 120Hz refresh rate.

In terms of taking pictures, the phone’s rear camera uses a three-camera solution, with a 108mp main camera + 3x liquid lens + ultra-wide image combination, and the front camera uses an under-screen camera solution.
Xiaomi’s new folding screen phone will be an iteration of Xiaomi’s MIX FOLD phone and is expected to be released in the fourth quarter of this year.
