Back in July last year, Xiaomi introduced a new health and fitness app called Mi Health. At launch, the app was quite barebones and included just a couple of fitness tracking features like step tracking, sleep monitoring, and menstruation cycle tracking. With MIUI 12, Xiaomi introduced a couple of new features to the app earlier this year, including improvements for the step counter, new sleep tracking features, Heart rate monitoring and a sedentary reminder.
Now come to the point, Xiaomi has officially rolled out a new update for MIUI Health App. This update currently rolling out in China. In this update, Xiaomi added a rope skipping detection function and more.
