It is unclear whether the current Tizen or Wear OS watch surface can be used with the new operating system or One UI watch, but the current options are also severely lacking, so any new options are welcome.
Most importantly, similar to the Apple Watch, when you install an application compatible with a smartwatch on your phone, the corresponding watch application will also be automatically installed on the watch.
