Apple released iOS/iPadOS 14.7 and watchOS 7.6 developer preview Beta 5

Good news for Apple users, Apple released the iOS 14.7, iPad OS 14.7 and watchOS 7.6 Beta 5 developer preview and public beta. The internal version number of this preview update is 18G5063a, which is past the release of the fourth test version. It took two weeks.

iOS 14.7/iPadOS 14.7:

The new iOS 14.7 and iPadOS 14.7 updates should mainly focus on the underlying performance improvements and bug fixes, as well as some other features. Apple extended the air quality index function in iOS 14.7 to other countries, including the Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, and Canada.

When paired with the matching HomePod 14.7 software, iOS 14.7 will allow the Home app to set multiple timers on the HomePod or HomePod mini. iOS and iPadOS 14.7 can be downloaded from the Apple Developer Center, or downloaded via OTA after installing the appropriate configuration file on the iPhone or iPad.

watchOS 7.6:

Users can download and update watchOS 7.6 Beta through the iPhone’s Apple Watch app. Users who install the update need to make sure that the Apple Watch is charging and within the communication range of the iPhone connected to the wireless LAN.

We don’t know what updates watchOS 7.6 brings, and it may include fixes to existing problems in watchOS 7.5. No new features were found in the first four beta versions.
