Google Forms: Pixel 6 Pro may be called Pixel 6 XL in the end due to misinformation

In the past few weeks, there have been rumors that Google is about to launch Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro flagship smartphones. However, referring to the official traditional naming convention and the newly exposed Game Mode Intervention list, XDA-Developers decided to call them Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 XL.

The document description says: To request a back buffer size adjustment for your game on a Pixel device, please fill in the required information below. In addition, Google requires developers to submit an application for each game that requires Game Mode Intervention.

It is not clear whether Google intends to expand the lineup of the upcoming flagship smartphone, but as the name of the Pixel 6 XL has been leaked, it means that the previously exposed Pixel 6 Pro may have been arbitrarily proposed. Of course, we must also mention the previous generation of the Pixel 5 series, because Google does not provide an XL version of the Pixel 5.

Finally, Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 XL will be supported by Google’s customized Whitechapel chip. As for more details, please wait patiently for the official announcement.
