Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 Adidas Sport Edition

Following the special editions of Thom Browne, Louis Vuitton and Gucci, graphic designer Giuseppe Spinelli now bring the new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 Adidas Sport Edition. LetsGoDigital pointed out that the South Korean electronics giant may announce new products at the Unpacked conference in August.

As the successor of Galaxy Z Flip (5G), we are not surprised that the new Galaxy Z Flip 3 will also usher in various joint limited editions. Interestingly, two weeks ago, the well-known sports brand Adidas filed a lawsuit against Thom Browne in New York on the grounds that the latter included the characteristic three stripes in the logo.

Now, we see it again in the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 concept image rendered by the designer. But unlike the luxurious and colorful Thom Browne version, the white stripes of the Adidas Special Edition look more sporty.

It is speculated that the Galaxy Z Flip 3 may bring IP protection to folding screen devices for the first time. Even if the top level of dust and water resistance cannot be achieved, the device is still expected to attract potential consumer groups who like to carry smartphones with them when jogging.

As for the Unpacked conference in August, it is expected that in addition to the new Galaxy Z Flip 3/Galaxy Z Fold 3 folding screens, Samsung will also bring special limited editions of the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic smartwatch and Galaxy Buds 2 true wireless earphones, just like last year.

Going back to the Adidas logo itself, the company has long used a three-striped design, even incorporating this element into its own clover logo. But for the continuous expansion of the fashion brand Thom Browne’s product line, especially from the initial formal wear/business wear, to the new sports style footwear, Adidas finally couldn’t ignore it.
