According to the latest report, Porsche officially announced a new picture of the 2022 Porsche Taycan electric supercar. The picture shows that Taycan has added a new bright red paint. In addition, Porsche Taycan pure electric supercar will be equipped with a remote parking assist system upgrade, as well as optimization of power systems, with faster charging.
Porsche Taycan’s remote parking assist system can park the car in a parking space through a mobile phone application when there is no one in the car, similar to Tesla’s call function. Porsche officials also stated that Taycan’s 71.0 kWh and 83.7 kWh battery packs can now be pre-regulated to a slightly higher temperature than before, which helps to slightly speed up the charging speed. However, the official has not announced the cruising range of the 2022 models.
According to reports, the 2022 Porsche Taycan will provide more than 65 colors of paint for users to choose from. The model will go on sale before the end of this year, with a starting price of US$81,250.
