For the Windows 10 Version 1909 feature update, Microsoft has released an optional update KB5005103. Microsoft said this is the last optional update of the feature update. KB5005103 is the optional patch part of the August 2021 update. It includes bug fixes or improvements that have passed the company’s verification program, and they are ready to be used in the production channel.

After installing KB5005103, Windows 10 Version 1909 will be upgraded to Build 18363.1766. As you may know, optional updates usually only include non-security bug fixes and improvements. Security fixes will be released with the next Patch Tuesday version.
