Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 tablet was launched in October 2017. The tablet comes with an 8.00-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 800×1280 pixels. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 is powered by a 1.6GHz octa-core Exynos 7880 processor. It comes with 3GB of RAM. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 runs Android 8.1 Oreo and is powered by a 4450mAh removable battery. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 on the rear packs an 8-megapixel camera. It sports a 5-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

Connectivity options on the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, NFC, and 3G. Sensors on the tablet include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, and proximity sensor.
Samsung doesn’t forget its older flagship and mid-range devices and now keep in this mind Samsung released the August 2021 patch software update for the Galaxy Tab Active 2 and is currently rolled out is taking place in the US on T-Mobile and AT&T.
As per the report, this build comes with version number T397UUESBCUG1. This update includes a fix for the Android Auto bug that we had reported a few days ago. The August 2021 security patch that fixes 40 bugs and vulnerabilities related to user privacy and data security. While we don’t have a changelog for the update yet
Owners of the Galaxy Tab Active 3 can receive notification of this update. By chance you don’t receive an update notification then check the update manually by going to the device Settings >> Software updates >> Download and install.
