The Windows 10 21H2 feature update and Windows 11 system will debut in October this year. Microsoft has released new patches to prepare for the upcoming feature update and new system. The patch number is KB4023057 and has been released several times since 2018.
KB4023057 itself is a small update, by addressing the Windows registry and potential problems with the operating system, the Windows Update is more stable. According to supporting documents, this patch was last modified on August 18, and it seems that it has begun rolling out to more users this week. In theory, you can safely apply the update without any problems.
The update is bundled with Microsoft Update Health Tools to help users repair the registry and disable incorrect registry modifications. In addition, the update also includes
