Samsung is working on a brand new Galaxy Buds model

Samsung is undoubtedly one of the leading companies also when it comes to the creation of true wireless headphones. At the beginning of August the company unveiled the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 model, but an unprecedented patent published on September 10 on the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization), highlights a model of true wireless headphones never seen before.

The documentation shows a pair of truly wireless headphones with a design extremely inspired by the Samsung Galaxy Buds+ model, but in this case, they would be waterproof true wireless headphones with a detachable headband, as you can see in the image below.

Equipped with microphones, various sensors, two-way speakers and a touchpad, they can rely on the aforementioned headband so that they can also be used underwater. The documentation refers to the possibility of inserting the back of the earphones inside the headband in order to continue using them underwater, also continuing to record some measurements obviously related to training in the pool (speed, calories burned and much more).

It is not clear when the South Korean company will present a model of TWS headphones equipped with this functionality, but the general idea is that it wants to take advantage of an external accessory (such as the headband) to offer its users the possibility of using the headphones even below.
