Samsung Galaxy S21 latest Android 12 update support eSIM in the US

Samsung announced this month that the Galaxy S21, S21+ and S21 Ultra will get the Android 12 based One UI 4.0 beta update. According to a report by SamMobile, for US mobile phone users, Samsung’s first One UI 4.0 beta released this week brings eSIM support to the Galaxy S21, S21+ and S21 Ultra. This feature has previously been provided to some market users.

Samsung Galaxy S21 series is equipped with dual SIM card slots in most markets and supports eSIM in some regions. However, before the release of the Android 12-based One UI 4.0 beta, the S21 series did not support eSIM in some regions such as the United States. Earlier this year, Samsung also upgraded the T-Mobile version of Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra to support eSIM.
