Sony will launch a black version of the PS5 console and it will be available in 2022

According to the latest report, Sony’s Midnight Black Pulse 3D headset just launched not long ago is just a front stop, and Sony hinted that the black version of the PS5 console is also coming. However, due to the global shortage of semiconductors this year, the black version of the PS5 console will not be released until early 2022 at the earliest.

Sony’s just-announced Midnight Black Pulse 3D headset will be available on October 29 this year, with a battery life of 12 hours and compatible with PS4, PS5, and PS VR. PS5 will be launched in November 2020 and is backward compatible with PS4 and PlayStation VR games, but only in a white version.

Recently, Sony has made minor adjustments to the current PS5 console. The model has been changed from CFI-1000 to CFI-1100. There are two main points involved. One is to screw the screws by hand so that users can quickly disassemble the device without tools. Second, the internal heat dissipation components have been slightly reduced.

According to reports, after testing, it is found that the performance of the new and old hosts is exactly the same. The reduction in heat dissipation only slightly affects the temperature, but the noise of the whole device is reduced.
