How to access OnePlus FactoryMode without root

OnePlus, from the very first smartphone versions, includes a series of diagnostic tools that can prove to be extremely useful in the right hands. For example, the older OnePlus 3, OnePlus 3T and OnePlus 5 models were marketed with a low-level diagnostic application called EngineerMode. Over time, however, the company changed the name of the application to FactoryMode and also removed the ability to start the app by entering the code * # 808 #.

The XDA community has managed to create some tricks to access the tool but only after the root of their smartphone, a function for some too risky. Fortunately, however, the developer AndroPlus has developed a method to access the FactoryMode app by creating a code generator that allows you to unlock the app.
