Samsung has now released October 2021 patch update for the Galaxy S20 lineup International units and it is currently rolled out in Germany but this update expands to more regions in the coming days. This update carries firmware number G98xxXXUBDUI5.

Samsung is one of the companies as per the software rollout and security patches. Before starting the new month the company has always delivered the upcoming patch updates a few days before. Recently, the company rolled out October 2021 security patch update to its Galaxy S21, Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Flip 3. Now, Samsung released the same patch update to its Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, Galaxy S20 Ultra, Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra in South Korea.

As per the report, this update brings improvements to the device security and the company didn’t mention any other changes.

Owners of the Galaxy S20 and Note 20 can receive notification of this update. By chance you don’t receive an update notification then check the update manually by going to the device Settings >> Software updates >> Download and install.
