The arrival of the excellent series of Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 smartwatches – here the video with our review on Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 (Classic) – has brought to light Wear OS 3, the new operating system for wearable born from the collaboration between Google and Samsung, and also exclusive support for the YouTube Music application.
After a few months of exclusivity for the new wearable platform, in these hours we discover that YouTube Music is finally available also for smartwatches with a few years on their shoulders. The confirmation comes directly from Google which, in a post on the YouTube Music support channel, announces that the application will be available on a selection of smartwatches including the Fossil Gen 6 series and Michael Kors Gen 6, TicWatch Pro 3 GPS, TicWatch Pro 3 and TicWatch E3.
In a nutshell, you just need a smartwatch equipped with Wear OS 2 and with the Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 3100 processor to finally be able to use the Google application and listen to your favorite songs directly from your wrist.
If you own one of the aforementioned smartwatches or a wearable device with Wear OS 2, you can install YouTube Music by searching for the app via the Play Store on your device or download it directly from your smartphone from this link.
