Apple today released the third-generation AirPods, which are characterized by updated design and improved sound quality. The new third-generation AirPods are built on Apple Music’s spatial audio, iOS 15’s dialogue enhancement and other functions. A complete Spatial Audio experience across Apple’s entire hardware products, while bringing the long-awaited AirPods 3 true wireless headphones.
As previously revealed, its shape is closer to AirPods Pro, and the hanging rod has become shorter and smaller. The new design looks more like AirPods Pro, including the charging box. The new low-distortion driver unit brings better low-frequency and high-frequency audio and has basic sweat-proof and waterproof characteristics. A single headset lasts for 6 hours, and 5 minutes can quickly replenish 1 hour of power.

AirPods 3 is priced at 179 U.S. dollars, and reservations are now open and will be officially listed starting next week.
