After a period of delay, Tesla launched the Full Self-Driving (FSD) Beta 10.3 update a few hours ago. This update is the first to be released to car owners with a safety score of 99 and below, and some users with a safety score of 99 have reported receiving the software. However, due to ongoing problems, Tesla has now withdrawn FSD Beta 10.3.
Seeing some issues with 10.3, so rolling back to 10.2 temporarily.

FSD v10.3 Release Notes
