The new version of Windows 11 Your Phone app looks big change

In the Surface Laptop Studio event, Microsoft briefly announced the updated appearance of the new version of the Windows 11 Your Phone application. In addition to the new Microsoft Store, drawing apps, photo apps, calculators and other local apps, it seems that the Your Phone app will get a similar transformation on Windows 11 and even Windows 10.

As you may know, Microsoft’s Your Phone application is pre-installed on all Windows PCs. It allows users to manage their applications, calls, messages and even pop-up notifications. The application can also be used to mirror the phone screen to the desktop. Or run the mobile application in the window.

The update to the Your Phone app does not seem to include any new features, but the new design will change the way the notification panel is used. The interface has been redesigned, the notification source now appears on the left panel, and the navigation bar (previously on the left) has been moved to the top.

The navigation bar will allow users to open information tabs, photos, calls, applications and upcoming features. Although this update does not really provide any new features, this new navigation panel will allow users to quickly reply to text messages. You can still pin messages, dismiss notifications, or completely close notifications for certain applications.

In addition, Microsoft is also developing a new media player for Windows 11.
