Well-known whistleblower Ice Universe revealed that Samsung Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22 + will feature a triple camera rear configuration consisting of a 50MP main sensor (1/1.57-inch sensor, 1 µm pixel and F1.8 aperture), a 12 MP ultrawide camera (1/2.55-inch sensor, 1.4 µm pixels and F2.2 aperture) and a 10 MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom (1/3.24-inch sensor, 1.22 µm and aperture F2.4).

Both of these Samsung smartphones will be equipped with a 10MP selfie camera with a 1/3.24-inch sensor, 1.22 µm pixels and an F2.2 aperture. The main camera sensor on both smartphones is larger than the one used for the Samsung Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21+, plus both devices appear to have telephoto lenses not clipped by a 64MP sensor.

Thanks to a 50MP sensor, which will likely be the ISOCELL GN5, both of these smartphones from Samsung can support 8K video recording via the main camera. Samsung Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22+ reportedly offer a 6.06-inch and 6.55-inch display respectively.
