Gonzalez said that the company’s CEO’s inaction and refusal to take responsibility are expelling outstanding talents, and the company’s products will be affected before Bobby Kotic is removed from the position of CEO. Gonzalez is not the only one who supports Kotic’s resignation. This month, shareholders and employees of the company signed a petition asking him to leave. At the same time, companies such as Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft are reconsidering their working relationship with Activision Blizzard.
Nevertheless, the company’s board of directors continues to support Kotick’s position at Activision Blizzard. This is obviously frustrating for many people, but as more employees leave, if the quality of Activision Blizzard’s games is indeed affected, this situation may become unsustainable.
