GTA Trilogy: Postponed physical copies of the trilogy, here are the new dates

The long-awaited GTA Trilogy arrived on the market now more than a few weeks ago, and in addition to bringing the most nostalgic players back to the cities of Liberty City, Vice City and San Andreas, it has brought with it a series of bugs and problems not just. However, it seems that the Rockstar collection has not finished giving bad news to fans, who will have to wait a little longer before they can get their hands on the physical versions of the trilogy.

The physical release of the GTA Trilogy Definitive Edition was previously scheduled for December 7 on the Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, Switch and PS4 platforms. A few hours ago, however, Rockstar Games announced that the retail versions of the classic Grand Theft Auto trilogy for Xbox and PS4 consoles will be released a few days later, on December 17th.

Bad news instead for those waiting for the physical version of the trilogy for Nintendo Switch, which has been postponed to a more generic beginning of 2022. It’s unclear why this sudden postponement, but Rockstar is likely to want to release physical versions of the GTA Trilogy in a better state than they came digitally a few weeks ago.

All three titles in remastered and revised versions, in fact, have undergone various problems, many of which have been solved thanks to the modders. What is certain is that we will have to wait a few more days before we can expose the physical version of this long-awaited trilogy in plain sight.
