Twitter announced that it prohibits the sharing of photos and videos without the person’s consent

Twitter said on Tuesday that the company would prohibit the sharing of personal media information such as photos and videos on the Twitter platform without the consent of the parties. According to Twitter’s privacy policy, this social media company has previously prohibited sharing other people’s private information, such as phone numbers, addresses, and ID numbers, on its platform.

Twitter published a blog post stating: When (in a photo or video) the portrayed individual or his authorized representative informs us that they do not agree to share their private image or video, we will delete it. Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey resigned as CEO of the company on Monday and was replaced by former chief technology officer Parag Agrawal.
