The Google ARCore SDK (now Google Play Services for AR) makes it much easier for developers to create applications based on Augmented Reality and it is precisely for this reason that the Mountain View giant from time to time extends the list of devices officially supported by the platform. Well, in the past few hours the group of supported devices has welcomed a few dozen new models, including some of the most popular smartphones among those launched in recent months.

We remind you that all these devices have been specially certified by the Google team through a specific process that confirms the performance of the camera, motion sensors and CPU: a certified ARCore phone, in fact, has access to Google’s 3D animal library on the search engine of the company and Playground (available on the Google Play Store) and has been tested to work correctly with this type of services.
