Samsung updates Galaxy Buds Pro and Galaxy Buds+ with a new feature

In recent years, Samsung has proved to be a guarantee on the software support front in the field of smartphones but not only. The Korean giant, in fact, has continued to update its wearables over time, improving their stability and adding new functions (see for example the updates for Tizen-based smartwatches).

Even the Samsung earphones, of course, fall within this policy: and today from South Korea comes the news of a firmware update for Galaxy Buds Pro and Galaxy Buds+ which brings respectively the R190XXU0AUK1 and R175XXU0AUK versions and introduces an unprecedented feature on these two models.

Specifically, the already rich equipment of the Samsung earphone is enriched with the arrival of wear detection even during voice calls, and therefore they will know to recognize if the user has taken them off or is wearing them as is already the case in other usage scenarios. The update also brings general improvements to the stability of the devices. As mentioned, the distribution at the moment has started in South Korea: it should soon reach other markets, but we do not know the exact timing.
