Samsung expects the foldable smartphone market to explode, increasing the production target of foldable OLED screens to 25 million pieces

According to the latest report, Samsung Display expects that the foldable mobile phone market will explode in the future. In order to cope with the growing demand for OLED panels, the company plans to increase the production target of foldable OLED screens from an annual increase from 17 million to 25 million.

Up to now, Samsung is still the brand with the largest shipment of folding screen mobile phones, but as many Chinese manufacturers have successively launched folding screen models, Samsung’s market share will decline.
